Submarine Yonoa - Torpedo Room - 5:41 am The room shook slightly as the launch sequence completed, and within moments the whine of the torpedo's engine in the water faded into silence. Lynne counted the seconds off in her head. Twelve seconds that ordinarily would have flown by instead crawled, each one an eternity. So many things could go wrong; what if she'd miscalculated the torpedo's path? What if it hit the control room and detonated; or worse yet, what if it failed to pass close enough for Sissel or Missile to reach it? Wow, I can't believe it's been 14 years that this site has been around! I won't pretend that I've been on it that entire time - actually I've only been around for half the time, but even that seems like a long time! I remember when I first joined deviantART it was following some of my ff.net friends to see some of the artwork to go along with their stories. I distinctly remember wanting to see some of the artwork for WingsofMorphius (https://www.deviantart.com/wingsofmorphius) because she kept teasing us about checking out the artwork to go along with her incredible fics. I kept getting asked by other DP phans about if I had a dA account or if I was going to open
